Hi, I’m Alonna!  I am a licensed professional clinical counselor, and my pronoun choice is she/her/hers.

My clients want to feel whole within themselves and have healthy, loving relationships.  I help them find relief from their distress and transform suffering into strength.  I support them in owning their truth so that they can live life to their fullest potential, and empower them to love deeply and live courageously.  I know from helping hundreds of people over the years that it is possible for you to create the life you want.

I will use my skills, expertise, and experience to enable me to meet you where you are now and help you along your path.  My goal for our work together is for you to be able to take what you learn in counseling with me and feel positioned to continue growing, learning, loving – for the rest of your life.

Although only you are the true expert on your life, you do not have to go through it alone.  I am here to hold the space you need to grow. It’s really important for me that you feel safe and heard.  Consider our therapy space a judgment-free zone that honors who you are as an individual. I will not shame you for being you. In fact, as we work together, I invite you to be as much you as you can possibly be.  You are invited to joke around, to curse, and to cry in our sessions.  In my view, that’s the best way for us to get the job done.

A journey is a series of steps.  You have already bravely taken the first one by being here.  I invite you to take the next step by contacting me to set up a free brief consultation.  We will continue this conversation from there.  I am looking forward to getting to know you!
